Sugar, meet Phin.
SugarPhin brings together the two things at the heart of our menu. “Sugar” is for sugarcane: ten sugarcane blends, from kumquat and passion fruit to coconut and durian. “Phin” is the small metal filter behind Vietnamese coffee, which we serve iced, as Vietnamese white coffee, and topped with salt, egg, ube and matcha cloud foams.

Our interlocking S monogram is printed in black on the clear cup of every drink, so the colors of each layer, from ube purple to matcha green and mango gold, stay front and center.
More than coffee.
Beyond coffee and sugarcane, the drinks menu covers layered matcha, fruit teas, milk teas, ube and yogurt drinks. From the kitchen come phở in six combinations of fillet, brisket and meatball, pork ramen, and appetizers like karaage, yakitori, dumplings and egg rolls. Find us at 3350 Steve Reynolds Blvd in Duluth, open seven days a week, with our soft opening in October 2026.
